SuperSaas uses a credit system. You purchase points in advance for lessons and can spend them on the site. These points are non-transferable, and refunds are not possible. Payments can be made via iDEAL and PayPal.

Risk

Loïs’ Poledance Academy is responsible for providing correct equipment. If physical harm occurs due to malfunctioning equipment, Loïs’ Poledance Academy is fully liable. Loïs’ Poledance Academy will take every measure to assist and prevent injuries. However, if an incident does occur, including but not limited to: falling, bruising, or breaking something, it is at your own risk.

Non-Compete Clause

By taking lessons at Loïs’ Poledance Academy, you are engaging in personal development. Transferring this knowledge to your own commercial venture or anything of a similar nature within 10 km of Loïs’ Academy is prohibited for 2 years after your last lesson at Loïs’ Poledance Academy.

Privacy

All data you enter will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided to Loïs’ Poledance Academy. This means Loïs’ Poledance Academy will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
